  • - Login to our CPF website with your Singpass
  • - Select "My Statement"
  • - Look under Section Cand select "Property"
  • - Select "My Public or Private Housing Withdrawal Details"

Log in to your CPF account using Singpass.

Step 1: Click My Statement on the left menu
Step 2: Click Net Amount Used & Amount Available
Step 3: Under section C, click 'Property which will bring you to 'My Statement- Property.
Step 4: Click save to pdf and not print to pdf ensuring it shows the net amount used and accrued interest for Ordinary and Special Account. If necessary, please submit the statement even if it reflects that there are no contributions/transaction by taking a screenshot in this instance if the download button is not available.

Step 5: Repeat for all property owners if there are more than one owner.

- Step 1 Click "Login to MyHDBPage" at HDB Website using your SingPass
- Step 2 Select "My Flat"
- Step 3 Under "Purchased Flat", go to "Financial Info"
- Step 4 Right click and select "Print" to save as a PDF file

- Step 1 Login to HDB Website using your SingPass
- Step 2 Select "My Flat"
- Step 3 Under "Purchased Flat", select "Flat Details"
- Step 4 Select "Save to PDF" on bottom of the page

- Step 2 Under "Property", click "View Property Portfolio"
- Step 3 Under "View Property Portfolio", click "View Details"
- Step 4 Click "Print" and save as a PDF copy

- Log on to IRAS Website at www.iras.gov.sg
- Click on 'LOGIN' on the top right corner of the page
- Click on 'Login to myTax portal' and Login for 'Personal Tax Matters' with 'SingPass' or 'IRAS PIN', depending on which login method you prefer, and key in your login details
- Under 'Notices', click on 'Individual' and select the required Notice of Assessment(s)
